Making A Purchase 
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on "Add to Shopping Cart" for any items that you wish to buy. To change or review the contents of your Shopping Cart, click on the "VIEW CART" button. After you have finished your selection, click on the "CHECKOUT" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The checkout process is conducted in English. Clicking the NEXT button moves you to the next screen of the checkout, click the BACK button if you need to go back and alter information that you have entered, or click CANCEL to abandon checkout. You are not committing to an order until you have selected the payment method and clicked NEXT.

The following payment methods are available:
  • Secure Credit Card - secure online payment by credit card using WorldPay.
  • Credit Card Details Sent Separately - a form can be printed to complete and fax or post to us, or 'phone us on 0845 890 4866.
  • Payment Against Invoice - business customers only, see Business Customers below.
  • Payment Before Delivery - we will ship your order once we have received payment by cheque or bank transfer, see Remittance Terms below.
  • PayPal - this is provided as an alternative payment method.
We accept credit card payments in Pounds Sterling, Euros & US Dollars. If you are shopping from outside these areas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency or to US Dollars. We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, JCB, Maestro and Solo.

Payments by cheques must be in UK Sterling or Euros drawn on a UK bank made payable to WISE.CO.UK and sent to the address listed Reaching Us above. We also accept payments by bank transfer - please see Remittance Terms below.

Please note that our training course costs do not include the cost of certification examinations.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered or commencement of the Services ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it prior to dispatch/commencement. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following:
  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error;
  • The order originating from, or for provision to a country not supported for provision of that product or service;
  • Not meeting the eligibility criteria set out for special offers or government funded schemes.
Business Customers Business customers or account holders may order by Purchase Order and pay in UK sterling or Euros against invoice following delivery, (but if you are not an existing business customer, please contact us to set this up first). To order select the appropriate payment method during CHECKOUT and enter your account number or Purchase Order number when prompted. You can fax your Purchase Order to 01438 816300 or email it to sales@wise.co.uk.


Special Offer Prices apply only to specific items and may have further conditions which will be explained with the offer.

Order Value Discounts apply to total order value in shopping cart at time of order, before tax and shipping charges are applied.
Remittance Terms 
Settlement of outstanding balances due 30 days from date of invoice.
Interest at 2% per month or part thereof is charged on overdue accounts.
Payments can be made by credit card (call 0845 890 4866), or by cheques made payable to WISE.CO.UK,
or by bank transfer to Barclays Bank (SWIFTBIC: BARCGB22), Sort Code 20-41-12:

Shipping And Handling 
Items are delivered FREE in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Items are delivered by Swiftair, Parcel Force or Federal Express to delivery addresses outside the UK for which delivery charges apply.
These charges are calculated according to destination and weight of an order and are shown during CHECKOUT after you select the "Country" and click NEXT. You can use the BACK button to change your order details or CANCEL to abandon CHECKOUT.
Delivery Schedule 
Subject to the conditions above, we process your order right away and we normally deliver UK orders within 3 - 7 business days . International orders may take longer depending upon the location and the transit time in the destination country, but are generally delivered within 10 business days.

Domain Names and Web Hosts normally become available within 24 hours from time of ordering, but can take longer since this availabilty relies upon the new domain name and server details being propagated throughout the Internet Domain Name System.

Where Web Design or eCommerce solutions have been ordered we will agree a plan and timescale with you for implementation.
Back Orders 
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If delivery of the item would take longer than 7 business days, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee 
All of our products come with a full 12 month guarantee against faults and defects. If a product fails to work when you first receive it or develops a fault in use, please contact us by email at support@wise.co.uk or call Free 'phone 0800 093 9491 between 08:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns & Cancellation Policy 
If you have ordered an item from us and you decide that this is the wrong item for you, you may cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the item and we will provide a full refund or a credit against another item of your choice within 30 days.

This does not apply to computer software (including CBT software) that has been unsealed or copied or downloaded or installed to any PCs or other media. Nor does it apply to contracts entered into for Web Design or eCommerce development, nor domain name registration and other web services where you have consented to commencement of the service and where we have sent you prior notification that if you agree to commence the service that you will not be able to cancel once the service has commenced.

We request that you return items to us intact. If not returned we will collect them and deduct the direct cost from the refund.

Cancelling an Order To cancel an order (subject to the conditions above), please either telephone us free on 0800 093 9491 (08:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday), or send an email to sales@wise.co.uk as soon as possible - preferably before we have dispatched the item or incurred costs on your behalf. Please quote the order number listed on your on-line receipt or email receipt.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Tax Charges 
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Orders from other locations are VAT free. When you select the country during checkout our system will determine this automatically.
Our VAT registration number in the UK is  573 1139 51.
Credit Card Security 
Secure Credit Card transactions are handled by our secure payment handler - WorldPay. The credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the WorldPay computers. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
If you lose the connection and your transaction is incomplete, we do not hold your card details, but your goods should still be in your shopping cart. Just go to the checkout and start the billing process again. You will not be charged twice for the same item and in the unlikely event that it appears that you have ordered the same item twice, we will contact you first to make sure.

We have also added PayPal as an alternative payment method and they also handle security in a similar manner to that of WorldPay.

Complaints: If you need to make a complaint please contact us using one of the methods listed above. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. We will advise you how long your complaint will take to resolve and keep you informed throughout the process.
Privacy Policy 
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you in order to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We only collect information that you have given at the time of ordering or registering. If you are ordering from us using our secure online credit card facility, your credit card details and address are held by our online payment provider WorldPay on their secure servers and we do not hold your card details ourselves. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with Early Warning UK Ltd, to confirm your identity. Early Warning UK Ltd will check any details we disclose to them against any data bases (public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record of that check. Early Warning UK Ltd will also retain this information and may use it in the future to assist other companies with identity verification. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.

Except as stated above, we will not disclose your information to third parties, nor will we transfer it outside of the European Economic Area without first gaining your consent.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to modify or delete it.
