Skype is a free service that can be used to make free telephone calls between staff at different locations and to other Skype users.

It is a basic Voice-over-IP (VoIP) service that enables voice calls to be made for free over the Internet.
It can be set up by downloading free software.

To use Skype you need:

A computer with a broadband Internet connection
A headset and a microphone
To download and install the free software
To create a user account and sign in.

FSB Telecom have also introduced a Voice-over-IP Telephone Service which routes telephone calls over the Internet and provides free telephone calls to other subscribers, or low cost calls to land-lines and mobiles.
