If You Don't
Pass...
In the unlikely event
that you fail any of your exams on
the Boot Camp, you will be offered
two alternatives:
Either:
Retake
the Boot Camp for Free
Call the Student
Services team within 30 days of your
original class to book your place on
another run of the same Boot Camp class
at no extra charge! You can attend
this extra class at any time in the
following 3 months.
or...
Get
Money Back
If you make two re-take
attempts at each exam within 30 days
of the Boot Camp, and you're still
unsuccessful, you will be refunded
the appropriate portion of your fee.
If you leave
your company...
... within 12 months
of placing your order, your successor
will be re-trained free-of-charge through
Wave's Human Capital Guarantee - minus
the cost of materials, which will be
yours to keep.
Important Notes:
1. Under the money-back
offer, you will be refunded your course
fee less the cost of exam vouchers
(if applicable) and the retail price
of the pre-class study materials. The
study materials will be yours to keep.
2. If you pass some but
not all of your exams, the refund amount
will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
For example, if you successfully complete
only 3 out of 6 certification exams,
you will be refunded 50% of your course
fee less the cost of exam vouchers
and the retail price of the pre-class
study materials.
3. Your Boot Camp fee
does not include the cost of exam vouchers
for retakes, which you'll need to pay
for separately.
4. The "retake Boot
Camp for free" option will be
offered at the discretion of Wave Student
Services, and is subject to availability.
