a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our Catalogue, and click on
any items that you wish to buy and
put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection,
click on "Order" and you
will be asked for a few details that
we need to be able to satisfy the
order. Alternatively you may call

orders made from the UK or the European
Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other
orders are VAT free and this is calculated
automatically (as are shipping charges),
once you have selected your country
during checkout. |
| We
accept credit card payments in Pounds
Sterling, Euros & US Dollars.
If you are shopping from outside
these areas, place your order and
your credit card company will convert
the transaction to your own currency
or to US Dollars. We accept Visa,
Visa Delta, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro
and Solo. |

| Alternatively
you may choose to provide your credit
card details separately (i.e. by
'phone, fax or post), or request
an invoice and pay by cheque before
the items are shipped. Cheques must
be in UK Sterling or Euros drawn

may pay against invoice following
delivery in UK sterling or Euros.

process your order right away and
we will normally send your order
to you in 2 - 7 business days . International
orders are generally received in
under 10 days. |
| Items
are delivered by Royal Mail Special
Delivery FREE in the UK, while items
are delivered by Swiftair or FedEx
to delivery addresses outside the
UK for which shipping charges apply. |
| If
you decide that this is the wrong
item for you, you may return it
intact within 14 days and receive
a full refund or a credit against
another course of your choice, providing
the seals on any CD-ROMs remain unbroken,
(see Terms & Conditions). |
| Settlement
of outstanding balances is due 14
days from date of invoice, by credit
card, UK Sterling or Euro cheque
payable to WISE.CO.UK, or bank transfer.
Interest at 2% per month or part
thereof is charged on overdue accounts. |

| All
credit card transactions are handled
by our secure payment handler - WorldPay.
The credit card numbers are encrypted
in the software when the order is
placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they
reach the WorldPay computers. They
are not held in clear text on any
web site. |
| If
you lose the connection and your
transaction is incomplete, we do
not hold your card details, but your
goods should still be in your shopping
cart. Just go to the checkout and
start the billing process again.
You will not be charged twice for
the same item and in the unlikely
event that it appears that you have
ordered the same item twice, we will
contact you first to make sure. |

not disclose buyers information to
third parties. Cookies are used on
our shopping site to keep track of
the contents of your shopping cart,
to store delivery addresses if the
address book is used and to store
your details if you select the 'Remember
Me' option. You may request a copy
of the information we hold about
you, or ask us to modify or delete
it.
